3 Product thickness
3.1 All kinds of plastic have a
certain thickness range, generally 0.5 ~ 4mm, when the thickness of more than
4mm, will cause the cooling time is too long, resulting in microprinting and
other issues, should consider changing the product mix.
3.2 microprinting surface can cause uneven
thickness. 3.3 will cause uneven thickness and weld porosity marks.
4 ribs
4.1 to strengthen the rational use of ribs,
increase product rigidity and reduce distortion.
4.2 stiffener product wall thickness
must be less than 1/3, otherwise the surface microprinting.
